a) Bespoke / Made-to-Order Products

• Jackets, which are customised and made to order based on customer-provided measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences.

b) Ready Products

• Buttons, cufflinks, and pocket squares, which are standard products with uniform specifications for all customers.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
• Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment and order acknowledgment.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of placing an order.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store sensitive payment details.

5. Measurements & Customer Responsibility (Jackets)

• Customers ordering bespoke jackets are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• The Company shall not be held liable for fit or comfort issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements or subjective preferences.

6. No Return, Exchange, or Refund

All products sold by the Company are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, subject to the Return & Exchange Policy displayed on the website.

Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

7. Quality Check & Limited Exception

All products undergo quality inspection prior to dispatch.

In case of a manufacturing defect or transit damage, customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of deliverywith clear photographic evidence.
Any resolution offered shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including but not limited to designs, images, logos, text, graphics, trademarks, and brand identity, is the exclusive intellectual property of Maharaja – Made for Royalty.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Errors & Inaccuracies

The Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be India.
• The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to arbitration, courts across India shall have jurisdiction.
