At Maharaja – Made for Royalty, every product reflects craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail. To maintain the integrity of our creations and ensure fairness across all orders, the following Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.


1. No Return, No Exchange Policy

The Company follows a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy on all products sold through its platform.

This policy applies to:

a) Bespoke / Made-to-Order Products

  •  Jackets, which are customised based on customer-provided measurements, fabric choices, and design preferences.

b) Ready Products

  • Buttons, cufflinks, and pocket squares, which are sold as standard products with uniform specifications.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, it is considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


2. Reason for Policy

  • Bespoke jackets are made exclusively to individual specifications and cannot be resold.
  • Ready products are subject to strict quality, hygiene, packaging, and presentation standards.
  • All products undergo inspection before dispatch to ensure quality and authenticity.

Customers are requested to carefully review all product details, descriptions, measurements, and images before placing an order.


3. Quality Assurance & Limited Exception

In the rare event that a customer receives:

  • A product with a manufacturing defect, or
  • A product damaged during transit

The customer must notify the Company within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the defective item or component

No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances.


4. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Fit or comfort preferences
  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Colour or texture variations inherent to handcrafted or textile products
  • Style or design dissatisfaction
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse

5. Condition of Products

Any claim raised must ensure:

  • The product is unused and unaltered
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Tags, labels, and accessories are not removed

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the claim.


6. Company Discretion

All decisions regarding repair or replacement shall be made at the sole discretion of the Company, and such decisions shall be final and binding.
